There are tons of security suites out there. You might get confuse on each products claim theirs are superior than the rest. This articles for those who don’t have any security software installed and with no penny, you can get full protection for your PC.

In this tips, I will show you how to running your security software without taking too much of your resources. I recommend you to download all of  these software. Please make sure you already backup all your files first in case anything goes wrong.

Comodo Firewall. Man, I love this firewall, at least this software do a great job than default Windows’s Firewall.  It comes with anti-virus but I prefer another security vendor.

Protections from Malwares

Ok, for anti-malware, I suggest you take two security softwares; Free Avira Anti-Virus and Malwarebytes. Since, running two real-time scanning can leads your computer running slow and worse BLUE SCREEN, Malwarebytes is for offline purpose. Avira detects almost known malware out there and Malwarebytes comes handy as second layer because different vendors got their own database of signatures.

Better than nothing. The most important thing is common sense. Scan any any attachment, files that you downloaded from the Internet. And, for browsing protection use better browser like Firefox or Chrome. Highly recommended! And don’t forget to update your Windows Update.

You might also consider free tools like anti-rookit from Avira, Spybot Search And Destroy, and CCleaner. Share with others if yours security software did better job than above. :)
