Okay now we are talking the real an iPhone. Yes, iPhone 4G is official introduced by Steve Jobs with some cool features including a gyroscope, FaceTime video chat, and a Retina Display with higher resolution. Other than that, now you got Folder so you can organize your apps and welcome to the world iOS4.
Well, it’s not exactly 4G but it does try to challenge new HTC’s EVO which based on Android. Android may wins with it is coverage, supports different carriers and it’s HTC Evo can support Sprint’s 4G network or better known as WiMax. At least Malaysia has WiMax but neither any devices or Android to be roll out soon.

Ok, back to iPhone’s new features, according journalists The iPhone 4 is 24 percent thinner than the 3Gs. And Jobs said it is the thinnest phone in the market to-date. The design is sleek, compact and ‘masculine’ if you agree with me.
The most impressive thing about the new iPhone by far is Retina Display Technology which impress how Apple’s engineers can cramp so much resolution up to 960-by-640-pixel resolution at 326 ppi or 800:1 contrast ratio according it’s specs. So, instead of watching your analog TV, better get this iPhone.
The front-facing camera as expected for video converstion and they called it FaceTime app. As Jobs explained, it works only between an two iPhone 4G. Ewwuu.. that’s really bad. I hope they will release an API, so developers can utilizes the potential of the new iPhone 4G. For US consumers, this decision will bring more At&T’s bandwidth goes crazy.
The most-awaited factors, multi-tasking features is finally arrived. Developers all this time, not only them, me too, get depressed with multi-tasking problem. You can’t save you Ebuddy’s chat conversation while checking your email. Apple still choose its A4 processor and it’s speed is unknown(duh!). Yes, exactly the same processor as your iPad.
I am not bashing iPhone for releasing such a great device, but in terms of device, Apple got them all. But, when you look at how far Android’s progress so far, with their beast hardware (talking about Snapdragon, 4G) for the long run, Apple is not the winner yet. And between media receptions, this time iPhone 4G I think lack of surprising elements which they done it before. You know about Gizmodo’s scandal. People, tech journalists about the iPhone and that made Jobs really pissed off.
